The Review Score
Every review on NetPaylas is scored between 1 and 10. To calculate the overall score, we aggregate all the reviews and divide the total by the number of reviews received. Additionally, guests can provide separate scores for key aspects such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free WiFi. It’s essential to note that these subscores are independent of the overall score.
We take the authenticity of reviews seriously. To contribute a review, you must have booked and stayed at the accommodation. Even if you didn’t ultimately stay at the property, your review is still valuable if you had first-hand experience. In case you need to edit a review you’ve already submitted, our Customer Service team is here to assist you.
NetPaylas employs both expert human reviewers and automated systems to detect any fake reviews submitted to our platform. If any fraudulent activity is detected, we promptly remove the fake reviews and take appropriate action against the responsible parties. We appreciate your vigilance as well. Review Guidelines and Standards
At NetPaylas, we aim to provide a platform where both positive and negative reviews can be shared. However, to maintain the integrity of our review system, we have certain guidelines in place. We do not publish reviews that include or refer to politically sensitive comments, promotional content, illegal activities, personal or sensitive information (such as emails, phone numbers, or credit card details), swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, violence, spam, fake content, animal cruelty, or impersonation. To ensure the relevance of reviews, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within three months of checking out. Reviews older than 36 months may be hidden, and reviews may also be affected if the accommodation undergoes a change of ownership.
